The New York Capital Markets team is seeking outstanding lateral candidates with three to seven years' experience (i.e., class of 2019 to 2015) with expertise across high yield and investment grade debt; public and private equity offering; and general corporate experience, including advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters.  These positions will be based in our New York office, our largest office and headquarters of our broad-based international practice. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $250,000 to $400,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

The Capital Markets Group at Skadden advises clients on the full range of public and private financings and consistently is recognized as one of the top advisers on corporate financings and related transactions. Our experience encompasses the complete spectrum of equity, debt and hybrid instruments issued by U.S. and international companies in global markets. In a capital markets environment characterized by rapid change and innovation, our attorneys structure new securities and transactions for clients that enable them to meet their business goals.
