The Banking group in the New York office is looking for Junior candidates with one to two years' experience (i.e., class of 2021 to 2020) with general finance experience, including preparing closing documents, drafting/reviewing UCC financing statements, drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements and other loan documents as well as general corporate experience. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $215,000 to $225,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
