Blake M. Grady

Blake Grady advises clients on a wide range of public company reporting, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. These matters involve Exchange Act reporting obligations, federal tender offer rules and regulations, and compliance with listing requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. He also has experience advising nonprofit organizations on issues related to corporate governance.

While in law school, Mr. Grady was an intern in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, where he gained experience working on a variety of issues arising under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act.
