Art Bookout represents directors, officers and corporations in litigation involving corporate governance and federal securities matters. 

Bio

Mr. Bookout regularly represents clients in federal and state courts across the country in a variety of corporate and complex commercial disputes, including mergers, tender offers, derivative suits, hostile takeovers, proxy contests and appraisal actions. His practice also includes advising on the Delaware law of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies in connection with mergers and other transactions.

Mr. Bookout’s pro bono work involves immigration matters across the U.S., including handling Freedom of Information Act requests, guardian ad litem and other matters before family courts relating to the placement and security of younger children.
