29th Annual Conference on Fair Lending and Consumer Financial Protection

On April 19, Skadden’s Consumer Financial Services Group held its 29th annual “Conference on Fair Lending and Consumer Financial Protection” as a webinar. Topics included the past year’s key themes and agency updates, disparate impact five years after the Supreme Court’s decision in Inclusive Communities, redlining, COVID-19 and the Paycheck Protection Program, access to credit and special purpose credit programs, and fair lending analysis of machine learning and nontraditional data.
